Service Description
The Next Gen Performance Camp is a 5-day foundational development program designed for young competitive players who are building the movement skills, skating habits, and confidence required for long-term success. This camp is built for athletes in the early stages of elite development, where learning how to move properly, control the body on skates, and execute skills with intent matters more than speed or volume. The Next Gen program emphasizes strong fundamentals, repetition with feedback, and structured progression, providing a clear developmental pathway before athletes advance into higher-intensity Junior and Senior environments. What Players Will Train 🔹 Skating Fundamentals & Body Control Develop proper stride mechanics, balance, posture, and edge control while learning how to move efficiently and confidently on the ice. 🔹 Puck Control & Coordination Build comfort and confidence handling the puck through controlled drills that emphasize touch, awareness, and coordination at an age-appropriate pace. 🔹 Movement Quality & Athletic Habits Reinforce strong movement patterns that support skating development, reduce bad habits, and prepare players for future training demands. 🔹 Coaching Environment Train in a supportive, structured setting with clear instruction, frequent feedback, and a strong focus on learning, confidence, and habit formation. Why This Camp Works This camp is designed around how young players develop best. 🔹 Clear instruction before speed 🔹 Repetition with feedback, not overload 🔹 Confidence built through structure and success 🔹 Early habit formation to support long-term development Players leave more confident on their skates, more comfortable with the puck, and better prepared for the next stage of their hockey journey.
